Order Cancellation

Orders placed and processed through our website can be canceled from your user account within the same day before the order is dispatched. Once the mangoes are ready for delivery, no returns or refunds will be provided.

Delivery Information

Mangoes will be delivered within 5-7 days based on the estimated delivery time with our delivery partner. We will promptly inform you if there is a delay or failure in the delivery process.

Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

If you receive mangoes that are damaged, pressed, squeezed, or crushed, or if there is a delay in delivery, please contact us at support@mangokart.in with necessary evidence (an image or video). We will review your claim and proceed with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase, after mutual agreement regarding the refund. The refund will be initiated within seven working days of the date of mutual agreement.

Late Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account. If there’s still no sign of your refund, contact the company that issued your credit card and your bank for further assistance.

Replacement, Exchange & Return Policy

We strictly enforce a no Replacement, Exchange, or Return policy as Alphonso mangoes are perishable products. However, we are committed to providing you with the best fruits and ensuring complete satisfaction with your purchase.

We understand that mangoes are natural products influenced by various factors, including unpredictable weather conditions in Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg.
